This policy explains what DRYWALL ABOVEBOARD INC (“we,” “us”) does with information you give us through garboso.shop, by phone, or by email. We are a post-construction cleaning company operating out of 1800-B Elkcam Blvd, Deltona, Florida 32725. We are a small operation and this policy is deliberately short, because our data practices are deliberately small.
1. What we collect
- Information you send us on purpose. When you submit the job-details form or email us, we receive your name, company, phone number, email address, jobsite address, project stage, square footage, deadline, and any notes you type. That message reaches our office inbox and nowhere else.
- Information created when we do work for you. Scheduling notes, walkthrough findings, invoices, and payment records for jobs we perform.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — for security and uptime purposes. Every visitor and every crawler receives the same pages from this site; we do not vary content by user agent, region, or referrer.
2. What we do with it
We use what you send us to price the job, schedule the crew, show up at the right address, and invoice you afterward. We use log data to keep the site online and secure. That is the complete list of purposes.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not pass your job request to another cleaning company, a referral network, or a lead marketplace. We are the company that performs the work.
- We do not send bulk mail. If we contact you, it is about a specific job you asked us about.
- We do not run behavioral tracking scripts, cross-site pixels, or third-party analytics profiles on this site.
4. Who else can see it
Three narrow categories: our web host and email provider, who transmit and store the message; our bookkeeper and payment processor, for invoicing on completed jobs; and any authority we are legally required to answer, such as a court order or lawful government request. Nobody else.
5. How long we keep it
Job requests that never became jobs are deleted within twelve months. Records tied to completed work — invoices, agreements, payment records — are kept as long as Florida tax and business record requirements demand, then destroyed.
6. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Any cookie present is functional, set by our host or security layer to serve the page and keep it available. Your browser can refuse them and the site will still work normally.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and email are handled through providers that encrypt data in transit. Access to job records is limited to the two officers of the corporation. No system is perfect and we do not claim otherwise; we do claim that we hold as little data as the work allows.
8. Your choices
Write to [email protected] or call (386) 265-4417 and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within a business week. There is no form to fill out and no account to log into.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business construction service. The site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers are communicated directly.
