These terms govern cleaning work performed by DRYWALL ABOVEBOARD INC, a Florida corporation, document number P22000026834. They apply to every job we accept, whether it was scheduled by phone, by email, or through the job-details form on this site.
1. What we are hired to do
We provide post-construction and post-renovation cleaning: rough cleans between trades, final construction cleans, dust-only response after sanding, punch-out touch-ups, and haul-off of bagged jobsite debris on our own trailer. Those five services are the entire scope of this company.
2. Pricing
Prices published on this site are the prices we quote. They are based on conditioned square footage, window count, trim package, and the condition the structure is left in by the trades ahead of us.

A written or texted quote for a specific address holds for 30 days. Once accepted, the quoted number is the invoiced number. If conditions on arrival differ materially from what was described — a second trade still working in the space, standing water, a floor not yet swept by the framers — we stop, call the superintendent, and agree on a revised number before continuing. We do not add charges after the fact.
3. Scheduling and access
Final cleans are normally performed the day before inspection or walkthrough, with early starts standard. The customer is responsible for site access at the agreed time (gate code, lockbox, or a person on site), for functioning power at the panel, and for the structure being clear of active trade work during our window. If our crew arrives and cannot work for reasons within the customer's control, a trip charge equal to the job minimum applies.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued after the walk with the superintendent and are due on net-15 terms for established general contractors, or on completion for first-time customers. We accept check, ACH, and card. Payment is arranged directly with this corporation — no third party collects on our behalf, and no payment is ever taken through this website.
5. Quality and correction
Our lead walks the space with the customer before we load out. Anything identified during that walk is corrected on the same visit at no charge. If something is found after we leave, call within 48 hours and we return to correct it — also at no charge, provided no other trade has worked in the space since we finished.
6. Liability
We carry general liability insurance and issue a certificate to the general contractor on request before the first job. We are responsible for damage our crew causes. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage caused by other trades, materials stored on site, or items left unsecured in the structure. Our maximum liability on any job is the amount invoiced for that job.
7. Service area
Deltona, Orange City, DeBary, DeLand, Enterprise, Osteen and Deltona Lakes in Volusia County; Sanford and Lake Mary in west Seminole County. Work outside a forty-minute drive of Deltona is declined rather than accepted and served late.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are handled in the state courts of Volusia County, Florida.
